Reggie Mad at Fans Comment

Over the weekend; Reggie Rockstone posted
an innocent photo shouting out his wife Doc
for helping him and his crew Prodigal and
Zeal to clean up during the recent National
Sanitation Day.
The picture captioned Zeal N Doc tired from
Ho …. didn’t go down well with Grandpapa’s
female fan who questioned why the now
member of VVIP couldn’t refer to his wife as Mrs.

He registered his disappointment in the fan’s
position in a tweet..

Do you think the fan was right for calling

Martha Bissah has rejected a scholarship to go to the United States

image

Ghanaian Athlete Martha Bissah has rejected
a scholarship to go to the United States to
study and develop her sporting abilities.
President John Mahama said in the State of
the Nation address on the 26th of February
that Bissah was to be sent to the United
States to continue her education and athletic
training on a scholarship for winning a gold
medal in the women’s 800m event at the 2014
Youth Olympics in Nanjing, China.
According to the Ghana Athletics Association,
Bissah was due to leave Ghana earlier this
year after the necessary processes had been
completed but it seems the athlete has
decided to turn her back on the opportunity.
It is unclear whether Bissah’s decision is out
of her personal conviction or influence from
her family.
“The Association began the process and we
tried getting Martha to buy into the idea that
it was important for her to take up the
opening because it would help her attain
academic and sporting excellence.
However, she opted out and chose not to
pursue it at this point,” said Dominic Kankam
the General Secretary of the Ghana Athletics
Association, in an interview with Citi Sports on
Tuesday.
Kankam continued to say that even though
the Association was disappointed with the
development, it admitted that it could do
nothing since Bissah’s decision was personal.
“There is nothing we can do about it and we
have to respect what she is saying. We tried
to help her but it did not happen. Other
athletes like Solomon Afrul and Mike Bruce
have already left and Martha could have gone
with them but she refused to do so this year.”
He also mentioned that some athletes had
already gone to the United States to benefit
from their scholarships.
Martha won a Gold medal in the Girls’ 800m
race at the 2014 Summer Youth Olympics in
2014.
She was invited with her family by John
Mahama, the president of Ghana to the
flagstaff house and was given some amount of imoney.

Jim like is too busy with the second season of his show

image

Earlier Wednesday, it was established that
Nollywood actor Jim Iyke, ain’t the father of
Nadia Buari’s twin babies, as a matter of fact,
it was revealed the former lovers who got
engaged last year, parted ways months back.
Well, YNaija dug a little deeper and spoke to a
few people in the know till we eventually got a
source who was willing to divulge some
information. When asked why Jim Iyke is yet
to react to the “good news” our source who is
part of the crew working with Nollywood actor,
for his next season of the unscripted reality
show, said: “Jim Iyke is busy in Toronto
shooting for his next season of Unscripted
reality show.
He is too busy to have time to react to it, he
is indifferent… he is right now excited about
the shooting and nothing else.” When asked if
he had congratulated the new mum, our
source said “The important thing is that he
wishes her well, he cares about her, that they
are no longer together doesn’t mean they
don’t talk anymore.” When further asked if
Nadia Buari will feature in the next season of
the reality show, we got the response… “Right
now, Nadia has got a bigger responsibility.
This is a very important chapter in her life and
that is what matters.” Asked to tell us about
Nadia Buari’s rumored fiancé, our source said,
“I am sorry, I cannot help with that. You
should ask someone else please.” Meanwhile
Jim Iyke’s Instagram page is presently flooded
with questions from fans asking for
explanations and clarifications on Nadia’s
twin girls.
Some have even gone as far as passing
congratulatory messages.

Staunch Asante Kotoko supporter,
philantropist and business mogul,
Kennedy Agyapong, popularly known
as Kenpong, has rubbished rumours
making rounds that he has ditched his
girlfriend, Mona.
Kenpong disclosed exclusively to
happyghana.com that in an attempt to
drag his hard earned reputation in the
mud, some people are conjecturing
stories about him and his mistress,
Mona which are palpable and blatant
lies.
“I want to state on record that I have
not dumped Mona as is being peddled
around in some sections of the media.
We are still going strong. It is a
calculated attempt by these people to
tarnish my hard earned image but I
want everybody to disregard any such
rumours and treat them with the sort
of contempt it deserves,” Kenpong told

NADIA BUARI, The new mother in gh

image

According to reports, Ghanaian actress
Nadia Buari has given birth to twins. The
actress, who has been absent from the
entertainment scene for some time now,
delivered two bouncy baby girls last week.
This could be the reason why Nadia was
reported ill and abscent at the screening of
her ‘Diary Of Imogen Brown’ at the Pan-
African Film Festival in Los Angeles in
February.  The delivery probably explains
her hiatus from the movie and the media
scene.
Father of the actress Alhaji Sidiku Buari
confirmed the news to Myjoyonline.com ,
Monday morning. He said “It’s true. She
brought forth twins alright, that is true. I’m
confirming [it] as the father.”
Alhaji Sidiku Buari also disclosed that she
gave birth outside the country but won’t
disclose where. It’s unclear who the father
of the babies are but the actress has for
sometime now been linked to ‘Bad boy’
Nollywood actor Jim Iyke.
After months, probably years, of
speculations, Jim Iyke proposed to Nadia
Buari in March last year. The actor
proposed to the actress on one of the
editions of his hit reality show, Jim Iyke
Unscripted. Jim proposed with a six-carat-
diamond ring while having dinner with
Nadia, who didn’t hesitate to say “Yes”.
